Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care settings, offering care services and medication administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality support while promoting their dignity and well-being. As a Care Team Leader, you will ensure that all residents' needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Contribute to, and implement individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation of medication administration. Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and heavy lifting when necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for residents. Support dining services for breakfast, lunch and supper. Provide training and mentorship to new staff members on best practices in caregiving. This position reports directly to the Care Manager.

Experience

Previous experience in senior care services mandatory. Strong background in patient care, caregiving, and medication administration. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving. Proven ability to work in a team team setting effectively while fostering a positive work environment.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
