We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Serve meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a warm and friendly environment. Maintain a clean and organized living space for residents. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the Care Team Leads. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote physical and mental stimulation. Provide specialized care for residents with conditions such as dementia or other cognitive impairments.

Qualifications

Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as assisted living, nursing homes, or home care is preferred. Strong understanding of resident care principles and practices. Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess strong organizational skills. Certification in caregiving or related training is advantageous but not mandatory.
