We are looking for a full-time Care Specialist (Customer Service)
During a typical day at work you\'ll be:

  • On the phone offering a stellar customer service experience.
  • Supporting our participants as a healthcare partner, no matter how small or large their ask.
  • Working with multiple internal teams to complete administrative tasks.
  • Helping our participants complete the registration process and re-engage back into the program.
  • Speaking with participants to better understand their experience in the program and gather feedback.

Your superpower is your personality. When talking to clients you\xe2\x80\x99re friendly, helpful, and patient.
You are eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
You have never encountered a problem you couldn\xe2\x80\x99t creatively solve.
Basically, you\xe2\x80\x99re excited to start a career in customer service.
Your must haves:
  • Ability to work weekday evenings until 10:00pm EST and Saturdays until 4:00pm EST.
  • You\'re incredibly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You\'re adaptable and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Change is your comfort zone.
  • You\'re proficient in all Microsoft office tools like Excel.
  • You\'re a quick learner when it comes to different platforms.

You\'ll get bonus points for:
  • Prior customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of US health care (extra bonus points).

How hiring works:
  • Successful candidates will go through two interviews.
  • We\'ll ask you for 2-3 professional references to chat about your time working together.

  • This is an opportunity to work remotely within Canada.
  • Those who live within proximity to our Toronto Office have the ability and/or may be required to work out of the office from time to time.
