What You'll Do
Care Management (33%) - Visit clients in their homes, create/update care plans, and ensure quality service delivery.
Recruiting (33%) - Participate in the recruiting process for Personal Support Workers (PSWs), helping us grow a strong, compassionate team.
Scheduling/Office Support (33%) - Coordinate caregiver schedules, resolve issues, and support families with excellent communication.
On-Call Coverage - Provide weekend support by phone to manage urgent client and scheduling needs.
What We're Looking For
Background in healthcare, home care, or staffing coordination (RPN/PSW/Care Manager experience a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling/recruiting systems.
Compassion, empathy, and a client-first mindset.
