In addition to Personal Protective Equipment, Wellness Pharmacy has developed processes and procedures to ensure that the work environment of our nurse/care aides/health care providers meets or exceeds BC safety guidelines; furthermore, the nature of the care that we provide our patients minimizes the exposure to team members and our patients.

Our Home Monitoring Program

enables individuals to maintain their independence through the help of our Registered Care Aides who provide exceptional service to our patients in the patient's residence (ADL's, transferring or personal care is not within the scope of this position).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing direct patient care and visiting patients' homes Ensuring compliance with medications Actively participate in patients' healthcare outcomes Will not be required to provide ADL

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class 5 driver's license Willing to travel within the city of Vancouver Must be BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registered Afternoon availability from 2:30pm to 10:30pm

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
