Our Home Monitoring Program
enables individuals to maintain their independence through the help of our Registered Care Aides who provide exceptional service to our patients in the patient's residence (ADL's, transferring or personal care is not within the scope of this position).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing direct patient care and visiting patients' homes
Ensuring compliance with medications
Actively participate in patients' healthcare outcomes
Will not be required to provide ADL

Valid Class 5 driver's license

Must be BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registered
Afternoon availability from 2:30pm to 10:30pm
