Minimum post secondary education; Medical Office Assistant related preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn new programs specific to the business

Essential Functions
Monitors and ensures timely processing of incoming client service requests, and requests for changes or updates to client services within contractual obligations.
Liaise with customer referral sources as required to ensure customer expectations are met
Responsible for the integrity of information in Alayacare which would involve data entry, updates of client information, schedules and visits.
Provide relief in Validation team as required
Knows and adheres to the formal and informal departmental goals, standards and policies and procedures
Work with an awareness of health and safety and cooperate towards improved health and safety conditions at work
The successful candidate will be working
Friday to Tuesday 10:30am - 6:30pm
Training will vary from Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm OR Mon-Fri 10:30am-6:30pm
