Position Summary:

The successful candidate will provide routine and emergency electrocardiograms, ambulatory monitoring, blood work and stress testing for both inpatients and outpatients.

Qualifications:

Currently registered with a recognized credentialing organization (CSCT or OSCT) or working towards it (recent graduates only) * Registration must be in good standing with the organization on an annual basis

• BSc. in Kinesiology or related field an asset
• Current BCLS Certification
• Previous experience in ECG\xe2\x80\x99s, cardiac stress testing and Holter monitoring is preferred

Previous experience in cardiac rehabilitation will be an asset

An aptitude or academic background with pacemaker devices is an asset

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are essential

Satisfactory attendance and performance record required
