As a member of our high-performing carbon fiber team, you will be joining the morning or afternoon shift. A carbon fiber technician will be responsible for meeting production KPIs, keeping a clean and organized environment, and managing processes.

Key Accountabilities:

Utilize carbon fiber to manufacture parts by preparing molds, laying up materials, and curing the laid-up carbon fiber parts. Operate equipment such as grinders, sanders, drill press, and media blaster in the post-cure area to finish parts to required specifications. Handle chemicals safely and effectively for various aspects of the job, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Work in a collaborative team environment, contributing towards achieving production targets and goals. Ensure quality control measures are followed throughout the manufacturing process to produce high-quality carbon fiber parts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including proper storage and disposal of materials and chemicals. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to manufacturing processes and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in carbon fiber production techniques. Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of the job role. Assist in other tasks and duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support team objectives

which is from

2:00pm - 12:30pm | Monday - Thursday.

Pay: $18.50-$30.00 per hour
