We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a vital role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces. Apply detailing products to enhance the appearance of vehicles, ensuring a polished finish. Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing special attention or repair. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Utilize janitorial skills for general upkeep of the facility, contributing to a clean work environment. Drive vehicles as necessary for detailing services or customer delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with cleaning products and techniques specific to automotive care. Experience in buffing and polishing vehicles is a plus. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Janitorial or custodial experience is beneficial for maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace.
