Overview:

As a Car Wash Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will involve efficiently and safely operating car wash equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation:

Operate automatic car wash machines, and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to maintenance.

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and provide information on available car wash services. Answer customer questions and address concerns promptly and professionally. Handle transactions and payments accurately.

Maintenance and Organization:

Maintain a clean and orderly car wash area, including cleaning bays and disposing of trash. Ensure equipment and tools are properly stored and maintained. Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Follow environmental regulations regarding the disposal of cleaning agents and waste water. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor is a bonus. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
