What You'll Do:

Leadership & Team Support

Lead by example to inspire excellent customer service and teamwork among staff. Provide on-shift direction and guidance to Team Members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching new and current employees.
Operations Management

Supervise daily operations of the car wash, detailing bays, and retail store to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor the automatic car tunnel, self-serve bays, and equipment for proper functionality, and address issues as they arise. Oversee cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Customer Service

Act as the primary contact for escalated customer concerns, resolving issues professionally and promptly. Assist customers in understanding and using available services and products.
Inventory & Retail Oversight

Manage retail inventory by restocking, monitoring levels, and conducting regular checks. Ensure point-of-sale accuracy and assist with cash handling and closing procedures. Conduct safety checks on equipment and facilities, addressing hazards and ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.
Administrative Support

Provide the General Manager with shift reports and updates on staff performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges. Assist in scheduling and coordinating team coverage for shifts.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in customer service, retail, automotive, or related industries. Previous experience with car washing, detailing, or working in a car care environment is a strong asset. Strong communicator and natural leader Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Passion for cleanliness, safety, and great service Valid driver's license (an asset)

Schedule

You must be available to work a flexible schedule, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
