We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. Your expertise in sales and customer service will be crucial in building lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong background in sales, particularly in high-end or retail environments.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features to potential buyers. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively. Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure a positive experience. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer's purchase. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance. Utilize marketing techniques to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Assist in managing dealership inventory and maintaining an appealing showroom environment.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive industry or high-end retail sales. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus. Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and understanding customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not required; retail sales experience is also acceptable. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
