Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences. Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Maintain knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Manage phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all customer questions are addressed promptly. Build rapport with clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies to foster long-term relationships. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to dealership policies. Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environment preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating financing options. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
