Are you passionate about cars and skilled in the art of sales? We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our reputable dealership. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers find their dream cars while achieving personal and team sales targets.

Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Actively listen to customers' needs, preferences, and budget constraints to recommend suitable vehicles. Provide detailed product information, conduct test drives, and address customer inquiries to ensure an exceptional buying experience.

Sales and Negotiation:

Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential buyers. Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet both customer and dealership requirements. Close deals and finalize sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends, features, and industry developments. Thoroughly understand the specifications, technology, and performance of the vehicles in the dealership inventory.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and service center to provide a seamless customer experience. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:



Proven sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
