Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our vehicle inventory and the automotive market. Leverage social media platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Instagram, and TikTok to attract new clients and generate leads. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in New and Used Car Sales at a Dealership (required). OMVIC license (required). Proficient in using social media for business purposes, including Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Instagram, and TikTok. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales independently & effectively.
