We will provide all leads for the Sales Associate as we advertise on every major platform for our vehicles. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products that best suit them. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Follow up with customers Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up effectively. Conduct outside sales activities to expand the customer base and increase market presence. Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store success. Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

Skills

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in math for handling transactions and calculating discounts or offers. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with market trends and the competitive landscape is beneficial.

Pay: $38,885.77-$150,000.00 per year
