Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Car Lot Attendant to maintain the appearance and organization of our car lot. This role involves assisting customers, moving vehicles, and ensuring the lot is clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

:

Park and organize vehicles in the lot to optimize space and maintain a neat appearance. Assist customers by directing them to available vehicles and providing general information. Ensure that all vehicles are properly displayed and clean, including washing and vacuuming as needed. Perform regular lot inspections to ensure the safety and security of vehicles. Move vehicles to various locations for inventory purposes or customer test drives. Assist with vehicle deliveries, transfers, and other related tasks. Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records. Monitor lot for any hazards, debris, or damage and promptly address any issues. Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure efficient operations. Assist with detailing vehicles

Qualifications

:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and problem solve. Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude. Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Training will be provided.

Working Conditions

:

Outdoor environment with exposure to various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as required. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods of time. Comfortable working in an environment that may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and various elements.
