Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Detailer. As a Car Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Responsibilities: - Answering Phone calls mainly for appointments - Pickup/dropoff customer cars - Clean and detail vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces - Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces - Wash and polish vehicle exteriors to restore shine and remove dirt and grime - Apply wax, sealants, and other protective coatings to maintain the vehicle\'s appearance - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report them to the appropriate personnel - Follow company guidelines and procedures for car detailing processes - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Experience: - Must have at least G2 and good engllish skills - Previous experience in car detailing or automotive cleaning is preferred but not required - Knowledge of different cleaning products and techniques for various vehicle surfaces is a plus - Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently - Ability to work independently or as part of a team If you have a passion for cars and take pride in your work, we would love to hear from you.
