Stolport Corporation proudly manages all Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport auto parking operations, controls access to the ferry, and operates a Fixed Base Operation (FBO), including Fuel Operations for general and commercial aviation.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Valet Services

: Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and deliver customer vehicles while providing a professional and courteous customer experience.

Vehicle Detailing

: Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning, washing, waxing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing vehicles to a high standard. Maintain in good standing all products and equipment used for detailing.

Customer Service

: Greet customers, provide assistance with luggage, and ensure a welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Care & Safety

: Operate all vehicles with caution and respect, following company protocols and safety regulations at all times.

Inspection & Reporting

: Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage before and after service and report any concerns immediately.

Cash & Paperwork Handling

: Accurately process valet or detailing transactions, handle cash, complete forms, and maintain accurate records.

Facility Maintenance

: Assist in keeping valet and detailing areas clean, organized, and safe.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with other staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service standards.

Flexibility

: , including occasional support in parking or ground operations when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid

G Class Driver's License

(mandatory).

Clean Driver's Abstract

(mandatory). Previous auto detailing experience an asset. Strong multitasking and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, using tact and discretion when dealing with customers. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality service. Ability to handle cash, perform basic math, and complete paperwork accurately. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PC/Mac proficiency). Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary

: Starting at

$18/hour

, with potential for increase after a 3-month probation period and review.
