Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Captain to lead and oversee operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a diverse set of technical and language proficiencies. This role requires a combination of supervisory experience, mechanical knowledge, and multilingual communication abilities to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. The Captain will play a pivotal role in coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency across various projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise team members to achieve operational goals efficiently and safely Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and organizational standards Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance when necessary Communicate effectively with diverse teams using multilingual skills in French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, and English Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction Apply organizational skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows effectively Supervise project activities using GIS tools for mapping, planning, and analysis Train and mentor new team members to uphold company standards and promote professional development Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Experience

Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a relevant field Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues Multilingual proficiency in French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, or English is highly desirable Experience in customer service roles with strong communication skills Background in GIS or related spatial analysis tools is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Prior experience supervising teams in dynamic environments is advantageous
