Job Description

We are currently seeking a Capacity/Logistics Specialist to join the Capacity Management team based in Saint John, New Brunswick.



Ongoing sourcing of new carriers for existing and new business; Build strong relationships with the carriers; Negotiate competitive rates with both carriers and customers; TMS Account Management activities Identify and secure the required equipment for customer - balancing lanes, deadlines, and our asset/partner carrier availability Identify areas for improvement within logistics operations and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience within the Transportation and/or Logistics industry required; Familiarity with logistician software and tools to optimize operations would be an asset; Passionate about relationship building, customer service, and problem solving; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry; Excellent proactive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; Strong organizational and time management skills, with an attention to detail; Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work within a team; Computer skills are essential (MS Office).
