About the Position




The Customer Service Representative in our Call Centre is assisting customers over the phone, through email, or chat with their questions, issues, complaints, or service requests. It is the first point of contact between the company and its customers.

Job Responsibilities



Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

What we are looking for



Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience Bilingualism - English/Cantonese/Mandarin - verbal and written Call Centre experience an asset Professional attitude with excellent attendance record Must have excellent computer skills (word, excel, outlook) Excellent time management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills and like working in a team environment Must be flexible as you may be required to work other shifts from time to time
