Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, with experience in various caregiving settings such as assisted living, nursing homes, and home care. This role involves working closely with seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring hospice or dementia care.

Duties

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication administration Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to appropriate personnel Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being Ensure that all care is delivered respectfully and in accordance with individual care plans

Qualifications

Previous experience in caregiving roles such as senior care, assisted living, or nursing home settings is preferred Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices related to hospice care and dementia care Ability to work effectively with individuals who have disabilities or special needs Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges Certification in caregiving or related fields is a plus but not required
