About the Role
The position of
Retail Sales Associate
is responsible for all customer interactions and service that takes place on the sales floor. This is a full-time or part-time position operating a legalized recreational retail cannabis store in Mississauga, ON.

Main Duties / Responsibilities
Greet customers upon their arrival; engage in conversation and build a relationship to understand specific needs
Facilitate a welcoming and positive atmosphere for everyone in the store
Educate customers about cannabis products, strains and consumption methods
Day to Day Operations
Be an advocate for our culture and brand by participating in promotional activities
Participate in routine store maintenance and ensure cleanliness is a priority
Complete customer transactions on the POS system
Monitor inventory and re-stock product regularly
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all strains and products in store inventory as well as industry wide product knowledge
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum, 2-years of retail and/or hospitality experience
Cannabis knowledge is an asset, but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid CannSell certification
Must complete and pass a Criminal Record Check
Working knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in Ontario

Must be 19+ years of age or older
