We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you'll play a vital role in the daily operations of our store. You'll help open and close the location, support the team on the floor, and ensure our customers have an exceptional experience. Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Educate customers on product usage, effects, and benefits to ensure informed purchasing decisions. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas. Process customer orders and manage inventory levels effectively. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations. Assist in inventory management and store presentation

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Passion for the cannabis industry with a willingness to learn about new products and trends. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships. Must be 19+ with CannSell certification Must obtain a background check at time of hire
