We are Spiritleaf- Southkeys, Crossroads, and Hog's Back are franchised cannabis retail stores that are locally owned and operated, and we're looking to build a team that will lead and inspire by taking a forward-thinking approach to the cannabis retail experience. On our team, you will help facilitate sales and create an environment that is engaging, educational and inspiring to customers and team members alike.
A Concierge supports the store leadership team through the cultivation of a store environment that surprises and delights our customers each time they walk through our doors. We envision someone with a vibrant personality, an efficient nature, and natural warmth. Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor - greeting customers, product knowledge, selling, cash wrap, restock and overall shop keeping.

QUALIFICATIONS
A growth mindset; you are a person who genuinely enjoys learning and who thrives on constructive feedback
At least 1 years' experience in a retail, hospitality or customer service
Proven success in offering an exceptional customer experience
A passion for changing the way the world sees cannabis
A desire to have fun, laugh and support the customer and team members' journey along the way
You must be at least 19 years old, with valid photo ID, and be able to pass a police background check
You
must
be a Qualified Cannabis Worker in addition to having completed Ontario's
CannSell training
and be able to provide a copy of the certificate
First Aid/CPR training is an
asset
(must be able to provide current copy of certificate)
