Delivery Driver - Cannabis (Okotoks Location)

Join Calgary's most exciting cannabis company as we open our new store in Okotoks--welcome to Dank. We're looking for reliable and customer-focused delivery drivers to help bring our products to customers within two hours of ordering.

This is an

on-call position

, and preference will be given to applicants who live within 15 minutes of our Okotoks location:

235 Milligan Drive #403, Okotoks, AB T1S 0B8

Key Responsibilities

Deliver cannabis orders to customers safely, professionally, and on time Conduct basic vehicle inspections before starting deliveries Follow assigned routes and comply with all safety and transportation guidelines Verify the customer's age and identity using valid government-issued photo ID Accurately follow work orders and any customer-specific instructions (e.g., side door, call on arrival) Communicate with customers and management using delivery apps Ensure product accuracy and maintain confidentiality Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols Manage a cash float and collect payments if necessary Report any delivery or customer issues to management promptly Perform other related delivery duties as required
Qualifications

Valid Class 5 Driver's License Valid AGLC SellSafe certification (QCW not required) Clean driving abstract and criminal record Flexible availability for 6-10 hour on-call shifts At least 1-2 years of customer service or delivery experience preferred Strong time management and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with local streets in Okotoks, Aldersyde, and High River Comfortable using delivery and navigation apps High attention to detail and order accuracy Responsible, professional, and passionate about cannabis Open to feedback and committed to team growth
Requirements

Personal vehicle for deliveries (fuel-efficient vehicles preferred) Working smartphone with an active data plan Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings Valid AGLC SellSafe certification Vehicle must have winter tires (in season) Clean criminal record and driving history
Compensation

Minimum $50 per day $7.99 per delivery in Okotoks $9.99 per delivery in Aldersyde and High River Tips included
