Our Budtenders Cannabis Concierge will support the store leadership team through the cultivation of a store environment that surprises and delights our customers each time they walk through our doors. Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor - greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restock and overall shop keeping. QUALIFICATIONS
You must be a Qualified Cannabis Worker in the province of Ontario to apply and be able to provide a current copy of the Ontario's CannSell certification including the Updated Program Requirements including the New Mandatory Module on Edibles, Extracts, and Topicals at the time of application
You must be at least the minimum required legal age (at least 19 years old) and be able to provide a clean criminal background check prior to employment.
At least 2 years' experience in a Retail/Customer Service environment, Experience in the Cannabis industry will be considered an asset
Proven success in offering an exceptional customer experience
A passion for our product and changing the way the world sees cannabis
A desire to have fun, laugh and support the customer and team member journey along the way
First Aid/CPR, WHMIS and Worker's Health and Safety Awareness training will be considered an asset (Proof of Valid Certification can be provided at the time of interview or with your application)
Additional on the Job Training, such as Brand Awareness and Spiritleaf Knowledge training will be provided
