CANADIAN RED CROSS CLIENT SERVICES AGENT


Position Overview

The CRC Client Services Agent will work as part of the Emergency Response CRC Team.


Responsibilities

Respond to calls and emails that relate to inquiries from customers who have questions;
Respond to calls and emails from clients and brief them on procedures and / or notify them of the status of their request;
Communicate verbally and in writing with customers or service providers to obtain or provide information;
Call and book hotels for beneficiaries.
Reach out to hotels one beneficiaries have checked out to reconcile billing


Qualifications:

Master the French and English languages, both orally and in writing;
Comfortable working in a computerized environment and mastering the software of the MS Office suite;
Knowledge of the travel industry is an asset;
