Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Canadian Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face and vital communication hub of our organization. The role ensures efficient day-to-day office operations by managing front-desk activities, handling communications, assisting management, and coordinating with some PH executives for administrative requirements.

QUALIFICATION:



Must be a Canadian citizen Can start immediately Proven experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment such as scanner, printer, and photocopier Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Experience coordinating with vendors, couriers, and service providers. Flexible and willing to perform ad-hoc tasks to support management and office operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Welcome guests, employees, and clients in a professional manner. Handle calls and inquiries, as well as manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area. Prepare, file, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence. Schedule meetings, appointments, memos, and company communications. Provide clerical support such as encoding, scanning, printing, and photocopying, Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies and forms. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and couriers as needed. Maintain updated office directory and employee contact lists. Assist PH Executives with schedules, document routing, signatures, and follow-ups. Assist with meeting arrangements, travel coordination, and administrative requests. Prepare travel itineraries, meeting minutes, and reports. Handle confidential information and ad-hoc tasks. Perform any other duties or instructions assigned by Management and PH Executives to support smooth office operations.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM

SALARY RANGE:

$38,000 Annual Rate
