Your Role:





As a Project Manager at Versys, your insights will steer project direction, and your decisions will directly impact schedule, cost, quality, and client trust. Your I&E or mechanical experience will help you master each project, becoming the go-to expert and leader.

Lead a portfolio of concurrent projects, balancing priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and resources across multiple job sites Drive disciplined execution using standard PM processes (scope control, change management, documentation standards, and closeout) Ensure projects progress according to

scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards

with clear weekly forecasting and recovery plans Monitor and control costs: track

budgets, commitments, actuals, productivity, and variances

; take corrective action early Manage project scope and changes: track overall budget, out-of-scope (RFIs/changes), and keep customers informed with clear documentation Build and maintain

project plans that look ahead

(2-6+ weeks): manpower planning, material readiness, constraints, and risk mitigation Partner with Field Leads to forecast manpower requirements and schedules across all active projects; resolve conflicts and constraints proactively Provide on-site leadership by building and motivating teams to meet project goals and milestones Own full project lifecycle delivery: initiation to closeout including turnover readiness, documentation completion, and lessons learned Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases; ensure plans are realistic, resourced, and actively maintained Prepare audit documentation and maintain quality standards across all projects Procure resources required to achieve objectives by assigned in-service dates, without sacrificing safety or quality Run a consistent communication cadence: customer progress meetings, internal check-ins, and clear project status reporting Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs; anticipate impacts before they become issues Delegate tasks effectively and follow through to completion, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks when managing multiple projects

Work hours: Full-time



Compensation Structure: Salary + Bonus

Location: Edmonton, AB with plans to add a location in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta




Position Requirements:







Project Management Certification: PMP



Minimum of 5 years project management experience in the Construction or Energy industry



Journeyman Electrician, Instrument or Mechanical Technician

5+ years of E&I experience



Commissioning-specific experience a plus



Valid driver's license
