Canada Sales Representative



The FDR group of Companies is a single source provider for all corporate credit and revenue management needs, focused on collection services for accounts. FDR provides collection services to a broad range of major Canadian organizations across the country.

Our clients currently include the Ontario Government Collection Management Unit, the largest automotive portfolios, many of Canada's chartered banks, and an extensive commercial base. Our clients have come to rely on FDR for proven results and assistance in managing their portfolios by controlling delinquency, increasing recoveries and improving profits.

Objectives of this Role



Responsible for building and managing of all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness analysis, negotiation and client onboarding Drive the development of domestic and international sales strategies Maintain key client relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer bas Define new or emerging market requirements and operational costs Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations and advertising Develop social media content, conduct market research, and enhance website design and content in support of a positive brand image Develop pricing policies and strategies as well as terms and conditions for new clients Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure effective project management, cross team communications and workflow Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications



Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communication, or equivalent Post-graduate degree in marketing or related field would be an asset 10+ years' experience in executive leadership positions Proven experience in writing successful RFPs Working experience in Salesforce Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing and competitor analysis Collection industry (ARM) experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications



Minimum of five years' sales experience in similar environment (i.e., Credit / Collections) is preferred
