Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, and enthusiastic candidate to join our Royal Bay (Colwood) Post Office team. This is a part-time/full-time position. Need to be able to cover CPO operating hours between 9:00am-7:00pm. The successful candidate should have:
Minimum 6 months experience in a Canada Post retail setting
Be able to perform a variety of sales/customer service activities to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Knowledge of postal products, services and delivery knowledge
Process financial transactions (cash, debit & credit card payments)
Receive, sort, sequence and batch mail items
Exercise physical effort in the handling of mail items weighting up to 22.7 kilograms (50 lbs) and carrying mail items weighing up to 15.9 kilograms (35 lbs) and bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, etc.
