About the Role
You'll play a key role in developing and executing Canada-specific marketing strategies that speak directly to local families and students considering international education. This is not a generic or one-size-fits-all role--your work will ensure our messaging is deeply relevant across Canada's diverse regions and distinguishes clearly from U.S.-focused narratives.
This is not a full-funnel role--you will collaborate with global and North American digital marketing teams, but your focus will be on creating compelling content, crafting localized messaging strategies, and executing high-impact campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and trust in Crimson's offerings.
The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with a deep understanding--or demonstrated ability to quickly learn--the nuances of Canada's education landscape and family mindsets. You must be able to work in Canadian time zones and travel occasionally to major metro areas (e.g. Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal) for in-person events.
