# Reliability Engineer - Manufacturing Excellence Opportunity
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a **Reliability Engineer** where you'll drive operational excellence through advanced reliability methodologies, predictive maintenance strategies, and cutting-edge AI/ML technologies. ## Key Responsibilities
### Equipment Reliability & Performance
- Support new projects (FFIP, PPD) from reliability perspective and develop comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs
- Deploy Reliability & Industry 4.0 methodologies to identify and minimize facility risks related to capacity, quality, cost, and compliance
- Target production-related equipment issues to reduce downtime through systematic Failure Elimination principles
### Advanced Analytics & Root Cause Analysis
- Perform hands-on **AI/ML modeling** of complex datasets with strong theoretical foundations
- Conduct comprehensive Root Cause Analysis on deviations and equipment issues
- Utilize RCM tools including reliability modeling, FMEA's, failure reporting, and statistical process control monitoring
- Implement appropriate CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
### Asset Lifecycle Management
- Manage equipment obsolescence through risk analysis and functional equivalency identification
- Support bi-annual long-term asset planning and obsolescence reporting for high-risk systems
- Collaborate with Project Engineering on new installations ensuring reliability and maintainability standards
### Predictive Maintenance & Technology Integration
- Develop and implement cost-effective predictive maintenance programs
- Deploy risk mitigation and predictive systems for both new and existing equipment
- Maintain CMMS systems and ensure accurate master data for equipment and spare parts
## Required Qualifications
### Experience & Skills
- **3-8 years** of experience in reliability engineering or related role
- Proven experience with **RCM tools**, Root Cause Analysis, reliability modeling, and FMEA's
- Strong background in **Preventive & Predictive Maintenance** methodologies
- Proficiency with **CMMS systems** and Master Data Management
- Experience in risk analysis and equipment obsolescence management
### Technical Competencies
- Failure analysis expertise to improve equipment reliability
- Statistical process control and data analysis capabilities
- Understanding of asset lifecycle management principles
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation practices
## Preferred Qualifications
- **AI/ML modeling experience** with theoretical foundations
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Shutdown planning and execution experience
- Safety culture development background
- Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
