HOURLY ROUTINE - WAREHOUSE DRIVERASSOCIATE (pay band 5)


Gather pallets, stack them properly, and secure them with straps on pallets for delivery from the store to warehouse and warehouse to store Receive fixtures at the warehouse
o Unload trailers


o Load trailers


Separate garbage, metal, and reusable displays so that metal bins can be filled without being contaminated Ensure safety at the warehouse by
o Wearing steel toes at all times


o Ensure cleanliness of work space at all times


Fixtures sorted by type Review with MPM, Day Reno Manager, and Warehouse manager what is needed to be loaded on the truck each day
o Fixtures properly secured


o Skids loaded on the truck to ensure balanced load


Validate deliveries using the shipping manifest, communicating missing/damaged fixtures to the warehouse manager for follow up Building counter kits and ensuring that all pieces/fixtures are available and at the store when requested Using power equipment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
o Complete checklists as required


Unload/load trailers and trucks at the store Assist in moving counters when required using appropriate equipment Warehouse environment may have extreme temperatures (hot in the summer, cold in the winter) Assist warehouse associates from other projects in the same warehouse with the above tasks as needed May be required to act as keyholder for the warehouse as necessary (ie: stand alone warehouse, warehouse manager vacation) Additional responsibilities may include driving the Ryder truck to and from the store and warehouse Confirm that Ryder truck is not damaged and does not need gas
o Consult with MPM/Day Reno Manager to get gas as needed
