Position Summary... The Regional Asset Protection Manager leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide security services and asset protection within the assigned region.What you\'ll do...Conduct regular reviews and Asset Protection audits to identify discrepancies and provide feedback and training to Management and Associates on corrective actions to reduce risk and total loss.Provide strong leadership to the Asset Protection teams in logistics by setting clear performance expectations and key competencies growth through team development and support for specific training requirements.Monitor, evaluate and report on high risk trends and provide recommendations and guidance for controls aimed to improve service standards and correct identified deficiencies.Lead investigations of internal and external theft or fraud and conducting interviews when required.Recruiting, hiring, developing of candidates and retaining of Associates.Effectively address security incidents including potential and work place violence incidents.Provide advice as an Asset Protection subject matter expect for DC Operations Management.Strategically partnering with DC Operations Management regarding key issues, strategies and performance.Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
