The Operations Assistant supports the DC Management Teams by performing administrative tasks such as; data entry, creating reports, booking travel, expenses, and auditing the Time and Attendance Systems.
What you'll do...

Word processes a variety of forms, memos, reports, and presentations; proofreads and edits work for the Sr. Director, GM/AGM, Operations and at times HR.
Provides administrative and coordination support on special projects.
Coordinates a variety of meetings including departmental meetings, General Meeting, breakfast meetings, etc. Books training rooms, schedules attendees, and sends out invitations.
Planning of a variety of regional events and supports charity initiatives within the region.
Takes minutes at regularly occurring meetings such as the General Meeting, task force meetings, etc.
Files confidential information in a timely and orderly fashion.
Makes travel arrangements for associates including hotel, flight, and car rental arrangements.
Completion of expense reports.
