Ensure pricing materials, signage, and product placement meet company merchandising standards with accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with Store Managers, Category Managers, and Replenishment teams to identify and close execution gaps
Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising execution and provide actionable feedback
Develop and edit concise training videos to support in-store execution and process understanding
Collect feedback from store teams to continuously improve tools, resources, and operational processes
Qualifications:
College Certificate or Diploma
3-5 years of experience
Retail Experience
Program management skill is an asset
Experience leading special projects and initiatives
