Position Summary... In this role, this candidate will be a member of the Customer Insights team. The key responsibility will be to help accelerate the Online Grocery and General Merchandise business through insights and analytics. They would have strong analytical and critical thinking skills in which they can collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence decision making.The successful candidate will triangulate data across multiple platforms/insights reports to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights to increase revenue, acquisition, retention, reach, and LTV. They will be responsible in optimizing marketing spends to drive incremental revenue and ROAS. Identify opportunities to drive growth through test and learn initiatives and simulations.As lead will build customer focused foundational learnings to inform internal stakeholders on strategy and approach to drive trip frequency, basket growth and incentive plans. They should have strong technical skills in data modelling and ability to use multiple analytical/statistical tools to identify customer buying patterns and provide recommendations on marketing capabilities and opportunity areas to accelerate growth.What you\'ll do...
