Position Summary...

A Department Specialized Associate, this Associate drives sales in a highly specialized part of our business. Product knowledge in this field is at a premium.

What you'll do...

Customer service is a priority - moments take precedence over task


Assist customers with sale of goods including:




Provide product information.




Answer product questions.




Recommend products. Retrieve products from locked cabinets.


Full completion of standard 'floor' associate type work, including but not limited to:




Deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, Price changes, Feature to home, Zoning.


Setting and completion of modular


Promote - Charity events, Promote Walmart Mastercard, Promote Walmart Protection Plan, Promote OMNI extended aisle offering.


Product Launches -in-store Product Launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary.











The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
