Position Summary... The Director, Strategy - eCommerce and Omni Integration, will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and lead a small team dedicated to driving strategic initiatives, communications, project management, and coordination across the Growth organization. This role is critical in aligning the strategic vision and operational execution within the Growth organization, which includes departments such as Marketing (Customer), eCommerce/Omni-channel, Analytics & Insights (Data Office), Connect & Luminate, and Membership & Services. The Senior Director will also facilitate cross-functional collaboration with key departments including product/tech, merchandising, operations, and real estate. This individual will manage communications, top strategy and operational meetings, and establish a PMO cadence for top catalyst and strategic projects. Additionally, the role will include responsibility for change management for these projects, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across the organization.What you'll do...Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the Growth organizationxe2x80x99s objectives and overall business goals.
• Collaborate with department heads and key leaders within the Growth organization to drive and coordinate strategy and project topics.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Chief Growth Officer to support decision-making processes.

Project Management

• Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) cadence for top catalyst and strategic projects within the Growth organization.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, facilitating communication and collaboration among product/tech, merchandising, operations, real estate, and other departments.

Change Management

• Develop and implement change management strategies for top projects to ensure smooth transitions and adoption across the organization.
• Identify potential risks and resistance to change, and develop strategies to mitigate these issues.
• Communicate change management plans and activities to stakeholders and ensure alignment and support.

Communications Management

• Manage internal communications within the Growth organization, ensuring clear and consistent messaging on strategic initiatives and projects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates for top strategy and operational meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communications related to strategic projects and initiatives.

Coordination and Collaboration

• Facilitate coordination and collaboration across the Growth organizationxe2x80x99s departments, ensuring alignment and synergy in strategic efforts.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to support strategic goals.

QualificationsEducation and Experience

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, project management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in management consulting strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing strategic projects and driving business growth.
• Experience in change management and implementing organizational change initiatives.
