\xe2\x80\x8bReporting to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Strategy we are looking for a Campus Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Campus team! As part of your role, you will provide full-cycle support in recruitment and programming activities to ensure we are obtaining and attracting top talent across a variety of business lines throughout the enterprise globally.

Accountabilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Manage full-cycle campus recruitment, globally
  • Organize and attend recruitment events (career fairs, info sessions, case competitions, etc.) on and off campus, including creating and delivering presentations
  • Source & attract candidates through various outlets and build and maintain a talent pipeline
  • Provide interview coordination support across a variety of global business lines
  • Organize the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for all students term over term
  • Assist with posting student positions internally and externally every recruitment term
  • Field questions from hiring managers and candidates via phone and email
Campus Programming Support:
  • Assist Campus Lead with student orientation & student program initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with University and College Career Centers
  • Be an active participant in a variety of projects and initiatives among the team and organization
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous work experience as a recruiter, or similar is preferred (campus recruitment experience is an asset)
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superb time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task across a variety of high-volume activities with tight timelines
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience using Workday preferred
  • Prior experience working in SharePoint is an asset
