Working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment, you will work closely with Campus Advisors and Recruiters to provide administrative support to the Student and Experienced Recruitment teams. Key Accountabilities:
Effectively research and register for career fairs, manage team schedules, organize marketing materials, and provide logistical support
Coordinate materials, catering, gifts, and meeting rooms for events such as orientations and meet and greets
Create and update PowerPoint presentations for school information sessions and orientations
Post jobs on school job boards to promote student opportunities
Participate in the Intern Social Committee as a Campus Team Representative
Maintain and further develop partnerships with clubs and academic institutions
Plan, retrieve data, and organize documents and information for the successful submission and communication of onboarding paperwork
What You Bring to The Role:
Currently enrolled in or within one year of graduation from a degree or diploma program in Human Resources or a related area of study
Respect for confidentiality and discretion
Outstanding organizational skills
Energetic, positive attitude, and optimistic outlook
Attention to detail, accuracy, and proficient proof-reading skills
Flexible and adaptable.
