We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our Victoria team as the
Campus Director - Victoria
. This is a multifaceted leadership role that integrates campus operations, administration, business development, and strategic project coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in business administration, project management, or a related discipline
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development, project coordination, and educational administration
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
Experience in student services or the post-secondary education sector is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools
Duties and Responsibilities:
Campus Operations and Administration
Oversee day-to-day campus activities, including opening and closing procedures
Manage front desk operations; greet students and visitors with professionalism
Handle incoming calls and messages, ensuring timely redirection and follow-up
Uphold college policies and ensure a smooth, welcoming campus experience
Provide administrative support to the Manager of Administration and the COO
Admissions and Business Development
Conduct outreach calls to prospective students and schedule campus visits, and lead on-campus tours and consultations
Follow up on leads generated from marketing and events to drive enrollments , plan, coordinate, and represent the college at trade shows, job fairs, and networking events
Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance brand awareness
Develop partnerships with local apartment complexes and housing providers to support student referrals and community integration
Identify new opportunities for outreach and strategic local collaborations
Project Coordination and Strategic Support
Assist the VP of Academic Affairs with managing educational projects
Oversee and maintain partnerships and project instructor communications
Provide regular reports and updates on project status to executive leadership
Complete detailed final reports on project outcomes and deliverables
