Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for a
Campaign Administrator
to support our Vehicle Safety Compliance Liaison Office Canada (VSCLOC) & Warranty team. This is a 12-month contract opportunity and will report to the National Manager of VSCLOC.
The selected candidate will interact with Finance & Accounting, Information Services and TMC to ensure integrity of the current campaign system with a focus on ensuring accuracy of claims and adherence to VSCLOC procedures. They will also work with translation, print, mailing and electronic direct mail vendors to produce and distribute campaign information, as well as fulfill regulatory compliance for safety recalls.

What You'll be Doing:
Prepare Toyota and Lexus safety recalls, service campaigns, and warranty enhancement programs for launch
Support campaigns post-launch
Answer Dealer inquiries and assist in resolution of campaign related requests
Administration of department accounting needs, including cost risk control
Support Pre-Delivery Confirmation (PDC) activities
Support VSCLOC on Campaign Special Service Tool Administration
Prepare campaign documents for publication and/or distribution
Respond to Dealer inquiries related to campaigns and holds sent to the department's inbox
Support PDC (Product Delivery Confirmation) activities where/when required
Review and set up campaigns to ensure campaign requirements are accurately communicated to internal staff and to the Dealerships
Document amendments to campaign policies & procedures and communicate them to internal staff and Dealers
Develop and update SOPs
Support team with guidance and back-up on job requirements and other miscellaneous projects
What You'll Bring:
University Degree or College Diploma in Finance and Accounting preferred
1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written communications skills
