Job Description
Position Summary:
Tacten is currently recruiting a Site Logistics Co-ordinator for short term project. If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you. Responsibilities:
Camp and flight bookings as required- Log flight bookings for cost tracking
- Maintain schedule
- Site access submissions and reactivations
- Onboarding new employees in client platforms (CIRYS, CNSOP)
- Vehicle and visitor passes
- Electronic filing of all admin documents
- Minimum 2 years site experience in related industry
- Intermediate MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Primarily Outlook and Excel
- Travel/camp booking experience
- Data entry skills
- Time management
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
