We are looking for an experienced Remote Camp Attendant to join our team. This is a 4 weeks on 2 weeks off schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the premises of our facility, including floors, walls, windows, furniture, and equipment. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

Knowledge of janitorial cleaning procedures, chemicals & products required. Knowledge required in the use of janitorial equipment such as floor scrubbers, polishers, vaccum cleaners etc. Related experience in camp setting or hotel/institutional environment preferred; commercial cleaning is considered an asset Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and other areas. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Empty trash cans and recycle bins. Clean windows and mirrors. Dust furniture and fixtures. Maintain janitorial supplies. Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Ability to prioritize multiple demands and organize a work schedule. Strong customer service focus and ability to maintain a positive attitude. Ability and desire to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team player Literate in English language with reading and writing competency Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with others WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certification Other tasks that the supervisor may assign from time to time.
