In this role, the successful team member will answer service call request from customers and dispatch technicians to their job site. Always supporting your teammates, and always finding that support returned in-kind, you will work with a team that has your back and wants to see you succeed. Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to callers
- Gather relevant information from callers and document it accurately
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure caller satisfaction
- Follow call scripts and protocols to handle different types of calls
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills to understand caller needs and concerns
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
- Familiarity with phone systems and call center software
- Good problem-solving skills to resolve caller issues effectively
- Attention to detail to accurately document caller information
