Call Quality Analyst

Evaluate recorded calls based on various criteria. Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards Creates monthly reports based on their findings/observations

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Outstanding customer service skills Computer competence Comfortable using AI Tools Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Exceptional listening skills and strong attention to detail Effective oral and written communication skills, Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines Candidate must reside in Canada (outside of Ontario) Customer service experience
Job Type: Part-time (15 hours per week)

Pay: $15.80 per hour
